Li Li, New World Manila Bay Hotel's Chinese restaurant, will offer an authentic Cantonese All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum buffet for a discounted price from P1,088 to P915 per person. If you really love dim sum, this is a very reasonable price for a buffet of over 30 different kinds of hand-crafted dim sum.
The steamed dim sum selection includes shrimp dumplings, pork dumplings, shrimp and pork dumplings, barbecue pork buns, chicken feet in XO sauce, chicken with shiitake mushroom and lotus leaf, beef balls, shrimp dumplings with crab stick and celery, dumpling with crab meat and shrimp, dumpling with wolfberry scallop and fish roe, chicken and seaweed roll, bean curd roll with pork and shrimp in satay sauce, spare ribs, salted egg yolk custard buns, and rice rolls. For something new, Li Li also offers unique vegetarian options like pumpkin dumplings with shiitake mushroom and potato; and steamed mixed vegetable dumpling with black truffle among many others.
Li Li offers deep-fried and baked dim sum, too. They have crispy shrimp wonton, baked pastry puff with barbecue pork, dumpling with pork and chicken, pan-fried radish cake with Chinese sausage, taro puff with beef and black pepper, spring rolls, shrimp with spinach dumpling, fried shrimp with pork, pan-fried pork dumplings, pan-fried bean curd roll shrimp fungus, and taro milk custard.
The All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum will also include different appetizers like roasted pork belly, honey-glazed barbecue pork, chicken in premium soya sauce, chilled bean curd stick with chili oil, marinated beef shank, and marinated egg with carrot and salted egg mousse.
There will be a few main course dishes available, like the sweet and sour pork, braised fish fillet in salted mustard and black bean sauce, wok-fried cabbage and garlic, braised pork belly with bean curd stick and yellow bean sauce. Li Li also offers Yeung Chow-style fried rice, e-fu noodles with assorted mushrooms and vegetables, and chicken congee with black mushroom.
The dessert choices range from brown chocolate dumpling with peanuts, ube marshmallow with desiccated coconut, hot sweet potato in sweetened-ginger soup, hot taro dumplings, and crispy wonton wrappers with peanuts, sesame, and a drizzle of syrup. You can pair your meals with Li Li's selection of fruity beverages or Chinese tea.
The restaurant will also offer an Anniversary Set Menu promo fit for larger gatherings between family and friends. The anniversary set menu will start at P15,000 for 10 people. It will include imperial Peking duck, wintermelon seafood soup, deep-fried spare ribs with mayo vinegar, braised shiitake mushroom with sea cucumber in premium oyster sauce, fish fillet chili coconut, sautéed minced duck meat with romaine lettuce, braised e-fu noodles with assorted mushroom, glutinous dumpling with chocolate and peanut, and lychee almond jelly.
