Panna cotta is a pretty versatile dessert-you can play with your favorite flavors and just top with cream, fruits, chocolate shavings, or almond flakes. We used Nutella spread for this light no-bake dessert.

Nutella Panna Cotta Recipe

1 1/4 cups milk, cold
3 teaspoons powdered gelatin
1/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups whipping cream or heavy cream
1/4 cup Nutella
pinch of salt

Pour the milk into a medium-sized saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

Once bloomed, turn the heat on low and stir gently until the gelatin dissolves in the milk, around 1-2 minutes.

Pour the sugar and the nutella into the milk mixture and whisk gently until dissolved, around 3-5 minutes. Do not let the milk boil.

Turn off the heat and whisk in the cream and salt.

Divide evenly and pour into cups or glasses (you may also use ramekins). Chill in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or overnight.
