No-Bake Dessert To Try This Weekend: Nutella Panna Cotta
Never thought making panna cotta was easy?

Panna cotta is a pretty versatile dessert-you can play with your favorite flavors and just top with cream, fruits, chocolate shavings, or almond flakes. We used Nutella spread for this light no-bake dessert.Â

Nutella Panna Cotta Recipe
1 1/4 cups milk, coldÂ
3 teaspoons powdered gelatin
1/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups whipping cream or heavy cream
1/4 cup Nutella
pinch of salt

Pour the milk into a medium-sized saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and let it bloom for 5 minutes.Â
Â
2Â
Once bloomed, turn the heat on low and stir gently until the gelatin dissolves in the milk, around 1-2 minutes.
Â
3Â
Pour the sugar and the nutella into the milk mixture and whisk gently until dissolved, around 3-5 minutes. Do not let the milk boil.Â
Â
4Â
Turn off the heat and whisk in the cream and salt.Â
Â

Divide evenly and pour into cups or glasses (you may also use ramekins). Chill in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or overnight.Â
