1 1/4 cups milk, cold
3 teaspoons powdered gelatin
1/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups whipping cream or heavy cream
1/4 cup Nutella
pinch of salt

1

Pour the milk into a medium-sized saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

2

Once bloomed, turn the heat on low and stir gently until the gelatin dissolves in the milk, around 1-2 minutes.

3

Pour the sugar and the nutella into the milk mixture and whisk gently until dissolved, around 3-5 minutes. Do not let the milk boil.

4

Turn off the heat and whisk in the cream and salt.

5

Divide evenly and pour into cups or glasses (you may also use ramekins). Chill in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or overnight.
