This Is Not A Drill: Ooma Now Offers Sushi Bake!
Take a break from the maki rolls and the Hanger Steak.
When dining at Ooma, you know you're in for a treat especially when you order their garlicky Hanger Steak, Gyudon, and Aburi Maki. But if you want to take a break from your usual order and try something new and trendy, Ooma has officially jumped on the sushi bake bandwagon! The latest addition to their menu is their Ebi and Soft Shell Crab Tempura Aburi Bake.
Ooma's Ebi and Soft Shell Crab Tempura Aburi Bake starts with a layer of sushi rice that's made more flavorful with a soy-dashi mixture and made heartier with ebi tempura, soft shell crab tempura, ebiko, pickled radish, tempura crumbs, and aonori (green seaweed). This sushi bake is finished off with the restaurant's signature wasabi aioli, aligue mayonnaise, and tempura sauce to make it even more flavorful.
Ooma's Ebi and Soft Shell Crab Tempura Aburi Bake comes with nori sheets because what's sushi bake without it, right? For those new to the concept of sushi bake, the proper way to eat it is to scoop a spoonful of the sushi bake and wrap it around a sheet of nori before taking a bite.
Ooma's Ebi and Soft Shell Crab Tempura Aburi Bake is now available for delivery via momentfood.com, GrabFood, or their shop hotlines. This is also available for takeaway when you visit any Ooma shop.
