Pan de Manila opened their very own restaurant and café called Merienda by Pan de Manila at the Rockwell Center along Sheridan Street in Mandaluyong. Here, they serve a mix of homey and leveled-up Filipino food from their mains to desserts! On the menu are a lot of classics, like Daing na Bangus, Crunchy Beef Tapa, Homemade Style Embutido, Crispy Bangus Belly that's served with gravy, and Palabok.

The restaurant also serves rainy-day staples like Arroz Caldo, Champorado, Homemade Sopas, Malunggay Corn Soup, and Ginataang Bilo-Bilo. You can pair these with coffee from their drink selection, like Cafe Mocha or Iced Café Con Leche.

The newer dish on their menu that looks absolutely divine is the Crunchy Pork Belly (P280). This meaty dish is topped with eggplant and thin strips of green mango to make it even more delicious. This is best paired with a serving of garlic fried rice!

Merienda by Pan de Manila has opened other branches at Rockwell Ortigas and Axis Alabang. You can also order through Grab Cloud Kitchen Malate!
