Is anyone else already playing Christmas songs on repeat, has put up the Christmas decor, or both? With less than three months to go before Christmas, we can already feel the faint Christmas buzz and of course, aside from Christmas songs and Christmas decor, it’s also partly because Pancake House’s Bibingka Pancakes are back this year!
Pancake House’s Bibingka Original Pancake has been on the menu many Christmases ago, and it’s still the same old familiar favorite we can enjoy this bibingka season. Priced at P199 (and comes in a good-for-sharing size), this pancake is topped with slices of queso de bola, salted egg, butter, muscovado sugar, and grated coconut.
But there’s also something new, too! Pancake House launched a Maple Butter Pancake earlier this year and so this time, they’ve created a festive version of it with the new Bibingka Maple Butter Pancake (P199). These pancakes are distinctly crispy on the edges but still fluffy on the inside and are served with a special maple butter syrup.
If you never eat bibingka, pancakes, or bibingka-pancakes without coffee, you can just add P99 and get a cup of House Blend Brewed Coffee. This drink is available for dine-in only.
