As a country that has an undying love for chicken-no matter how it's cooked, no matter the flavor-we totally understand the growing excitement that Panda Express is finally opening its first Manila-based branch in SM Megamall.
Fortunately, Jollibee Foods Corporation will be bringing the same Panda Express menu to the Philippines. They gave us a sneak peek on what other dishes will be on Panda Express's Philippine menu.
Yes, you can relax now because they will be serving the Original Orange Chicken, a wok-tossed crispy chicken coated in a sweet and tangy sauce. Another classic that will be on the menu is the Broccoli Beef, which is made with tender beef and fresh, crunchy broccoli in ginger soy sauce.
Other chicken favorites also find a spot in the Philippine menu, like the Kung Pao Chicken, an Szechuan-inspired dish made with chicken, peanuts, vegetables, and finished with chili peppers; Asian Grilled Chicken, which is grilled chicken thigh served with teriyaki sauce; and the Mushroom Chicken, a combination of chicken, mushrooms, zucchini wok-tossed with a light ginger soy sauce.
The Beijing Beef and the Eggplant Tofu will also be available if you need variety. The Beijing Beef is made with crispy beef, bell peppers, and onions in a sweet-tangy sauce, while the Eggplant Tofu is made with browned eggplant, red bell peppers, in a sweet and spicy sauce.
