If you love a beautifully-crafted classic French pastry, then you’re in for a treat. Gerard Dubois, the renowned Swiss pastry chef in charge of the much-lauded international pastry supplier La Rose Noire is bringing his Hong Kong-based bakery juggernaut, Passion by Gerard Dubois to Manila.


Gerard is known for his keen attention to detail and it shows in his gorgeous, meticulously decorated cakes, breads and pastries. Bread geeks will be excited to find classic French breads like Pain au Levain, baguettes, and fougasse made exclusively with imported French flour, while pastry lovers will fall for their delicate milles feuilles, mont blanc, croissants, and tarts.
