In case you missed it, Peach Boy recently gave their pancakes a Christmas makeover, and it resulted in their newly-added menu item, the Bibingka Lava Pancakes.

Peach Boy, in case you didn’t know, is the new Manadaluyong-based restaurant that’s behind the Ube Lava Pancakes that was liked and shared all over social media.Â
If you’re looking to satisfy that bibingka craving for a post-simbang gabi grub, the Bibingka Lava Pancakes (P195) is a reimagined traditional bibingka. It’s a stack of five fluffy and buttery bibingka pancakes topped with grated coconut and a rich salted egg lava sauce served on the side.Â

We recommend that you drizzle the thick creamy sauce in small batches so you can taste the pancakes, too, not just the salted egg yolks. Just like with any typical bibingka, you should pair this with brewed coffee!
Peach Boy is located at NORKIS Building, Calbayog Street corner Domingo M. Guevara Street, Mandaluyong City. The restaurant is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays; and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays.
