It's topped with a chunk of crunchy honeycomb.

If you need to take a break from all the ube-flavored desserts in town, you can always go back to classic and no-fail flavors like sweet caramel. A great way to get back into the world of this burnt sugary world is to try Pufft's Caramel Cream doughnut with a honeycomb topping.

Pufft offers different flavors, but one that stands out is the Caramel Cream with honeycomb. This plump doughnut is generously filled with a milky caramel filling and topped with a chunk of crunchy honeycomb, which you can nibble on in between doughnut bites. The honeycomb adds a burnt-but-sweet taste to the otherwise mellowed sweet notes of the caramel cream.

When you get Pufft's sampler box (P620), you can get a piece of the Caramel Cream with honeycomb and their other doughnuts: Ube (with meringue toppings), Lemon Curd (with peanut brittle toppings), Milk Chocolate, Vanilla Cream, and Strawberry Jam. All of Pufft's handcrafted doughnuts use fillings and toppings made from scratch, even down to the strawberry jam, ube halaya, lemon curd, peanut brittle, and meringue.

To place your order, you can choose from Pufft's available dates (seen on their Instagram bio) and send them a message via Instagram.
