If you need help managing your orders, the Sally (shopping + ally) chatbot will make using the Puregold app easier. According to Antonio Delos Santos, Puregold vice president for operations, the Sally chatbot will eventually learn the buyer's habits for faster transactions, too.

The items you've added to your cart can be paid using the Puregold app, cash, card, or through GCash and can be picked up in select stores. For now, it is only available in ten Puregold outlets: Puregold Makati, Puregold Shaw, Puregold QI Central, Puregold Paco, Puregold Pasig, Puregold Commonwealth, Puregold Libertad, Puregold Monumento, Puregold Taguig, and Puregold Ayala Malls. Don't worry if this isn't the Puregold branch nearest your house or office because the Puregold Mobile app will soon accommodate at least 100 stores by the end of 2020.
