Have You Tried This Unique Buko Pie From A Museum In Tagaytay?

This is a must-try for buko pie fans!

People go to Tagaytay for the weather, the scenic surroundings, and a huge bowl of bulalo that’s commonly sold along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway. When it comes to pasalubong, buko pie is almost always on the list. Everyone loves this pie, but if you’re not a purist and you want to try out a different kind of buko pie, you should try the Coconut Cream Pie at Puzzles Mansion.

When you arrive at the Puzzle Mansion, you can find a small area where the tickets are sold. There’s a smaller dining area that sits around four to five people and a tarpaulin sign that shows you this is the place to get the famous Coconut Cream Pie (P100/slice; P400/whole).

Best paired with a cup of coffee!

What makes the Coconut Cream Pie different from the traditional buko pie is that it’s made with a sweet cookie crust, pastry cream with young coconut strips, and topped with a generous amount of whipped cream. Compared to other buko pies which are served warm, the Coconut Cream Pie is served chilled and the texture is reminiscent of an ice cream cake.

If you ever find yourself in Tagaytay, go to Puzzles Mansion and stay in the area for a little longer for their famous Coconut Cream Pie.

Puzzles Mansion is located at Cuadra Street, Brgy. Asasin, Tagaytay, Cavite.
