What do you get when you combine pork ribs with the popular Japanese tonkatsu (pork cutlet, coated in flaky potato breadcrumbs and then deep-fried)? Meet the Katsu Pork Ribs, RACKS' newest menu item which puts a Japanese twist on their flavorful, fall-off-the-bone ribs.

 

 

RACKS' signature tender pork ribs are coated with crisp potato breadcrumbs and is served with homemade coleslaw and skinny fries. The Katsu Pork Ribs is available until June 30 at all RACKS branches nationwide.
