This Bowl Of Crab Ramen Is The Comfort Food Your Soul Needs
Chicken noodle soup has long been touted as the comforting soup we need, especially when we're feeling a little under the weather. For many of us, this classic bowl has been replaced with hearty Japanese ramen, in particular Ramen Keisuke Tori King which specializes in ramen made with a thick and rich broth made from the bones of chicken, not pork, here in the Philippines.
If you loved the version you first tried in Ramen Keisuke when it first opened its BGC branch, you have to try this newest limited-edition ramen that features the same umami-loaded rich ramen broth but with a delicious twist: Crab Ramen.
The Crab Ramen is actually one of Keisuke's signature ramen! Keisuke Takeda, the founder of Ramen Keisuke, made this ramen and won the 2011 Ramen Championship but was not placed on the menu. When it was added to the menu, it was only served exclusively in the Kani King outlet in Japan and Singapore.
Until now, and it's finally available for you to try!
The Crab Ramen is a gloriously comforting bowl of ramen that is unlike any other you might have had the pleasure to slurp. The thick broth is chicken broth-based but is also infused with real crab, herbs, and vegetables to give you that full-bodied soup that is rich tasting! The ramen broth is in combination with the homemade ramen noodles, the soft-boiled egg, and the tender slices of pork belly and shoulder or the chasu so you know you'll be satisfied when you reach the bottom of the bowl.
You can order the Crab Ramen as Regular (P590) and Special (P750). The regular ramen includes your typical toppings of slices of pork chasu and a soft-boiled egg while the special version is a bowl of double the amount of pork chasu plus a flavored soft-boiled egg (aka marinated egg) and a whole nori sheet inserted into your bowl.
The Crab Ramen is available at Ramen Keisuke Tori King for a limited time only starting this December until January 2023.
