If Ramen Nagi has “limited King ramen” every month, the new Unbelievable Niboshi King is even more limited as this will only be available in one branch, for two days, and a total of 300 bowls are served for both days.
Ramen Nagi’s Unbelievable Niboshi King uses small, umami-packed dried fish called niboshi. (Think dried anchovies or similar to dried dilis.) This is often used in Japanese dishes, be it for snacks or seasoning food and soup, which we believe will be the same case for the broth used in the Unbelievable Niboshi King!
Ramen Nagi’s Unbelievable Niboshi King is priced at P650/bowl. This will be exclusively available at the One Bonifacio High Street branch in Bonifacio Global City, from January 25-26, from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m.
