This Ramen Stall In Quezon City Serves A Bowl Of Ramen For Only P45

Super affordable!

Ramen is the type of food you can eat any time of the day, any day of the year, but it's even more delicious when the weather is rainy and cold. While it is to be expected that ramen bowls in Japanese restaurants are priced at P100 or more, you can find cheaper and more affordable ones, too, in the most inconspicuous places.

In a Facebook group called Let's Eat Pare, member Mark Vallespin shared a hole-in-the-wall ramen stall that serves a bowl of ramen for as low as P45. The ramen stall is painted red with a sign that says "RAMEN" and right below it, "ramen" but in Katakana. It has a seating capacity of 2-3 people- that's how small it is!

For only P45 per bowl, Vallespin says that the ramen is delicious and "hindi tinipid sa ingredients" (they did not skimp on the ingredients). Authenticity questions aside, it is a satisying bowl. A bowl contains noodles swimming in a clear broth, then topped with slices of meat, chopped onion leeks and carrots, and a soft-boiled egg. If you like it spicy, they also have chili you can add it to your ramen.

This goes without saying that for its price of P45 per bowl, the quality isn't likely at par with ramen houses that go as far as sourcing imported ingredients from Japan-but that doesn't mean this bowl of ramen is not delicious and filling, too! Other people who have tried it chimed in the comments section that it's good for its price and that one serving is already good for two. You're definitely getting more than your money's worth.

Curious to try it out? This ramen stall is located along Kaliraya Street, Cluster 13, Quezon City. Do take note that a long line may welcome you as you visit this ramen stall especially in this rainy weather where a bowl of ramen sounds like heaven.
