Rebisco, a beloved food and beverage company in the Philippines, is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year (August). As a trusted provider of delectable treats to Filipino families, Rebisco proudly teams up with the Department of Education (DepEd) to support quality education in a uniquely flavorful way.
Supporting the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan

The Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan was developed by the DepEd to address the disruptions in education caused by the global health crisis. With the closure of schools and the shift to remote learning, millions of students faced significant challenges in continuing their education. The partnership between Rebisco and DepEd aims to bridge this gap and provide the necessary support to students, parents, and educators.
As part of this partnership, Rebisco will contribute to implementing the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan through various initiatives, such as offering assistance in the school canteen and classroom renovations, providing in-kind donations, and supporting distance learning efforts through educational resources.

The company’s initiative is to dress up 60 school canteens inclusive of school canteens from the 20 poorest provinces based on NEDA’s Program Priority Plan.
“We believe that every Filipino child deserves a safe and comfortable place to learn and grow, including having a pleasant environment to enjoy their meals in,” says Mr. Victor C. Janolino, Corporate Marketing Head of Rebisco. By partnering with DepEd, Rebisco aims to provide the best possible education for Filipino children and continues supporting their initiatives.
