This Tapsilog Burger Has Buns Made With Garlic Rice!
This is perfect for busy mornings.
B.A.D. (or Badass Delicious) Burgers is Resorts World Manila's new food venture made especially for all burger fans. Their burger menu boasts of 8 unique flavors that will definitely make you curious enough to try it out. Case in point: the Tapsilog Burger.
The Tapsilog Burger (P388) is, needless to say, not your typical tapsilog. This is made with tapa-style Angus beef, topped with a fried egg, pickled papaya, and an aioli sauce made with pinakurat vinegar-all sandwiched in between buns that are made with garlic rice. It's everything you'd want in a tapsilog meal, but in burger form.
The other burgers included in the menu are the pastry-meets-burger Donut Burger (P388), Ensaymada Burger (P388), Pretzel Angus Burger (P388), plus the Pajeon Galbi Burger (P388), Char Siu Chicken Pao Burger (P388), Wagyu Charcoal Bun Burger (P388), and the most intriguing of them all, the Ube Cheese-Sig Burger (P388).
You can try the Tapsilog Burger at Resorts World Manila's Casa Buenas, from Tuesdays to Sundays, 11 a.m to 10 p.m. If you're interested to try the other burgers, you can check this directory.
