Rico’s Lechon serves native and organic pigs, stuffed with different herbs, spices, spring onions, and garlic before it is roasted over a pit of charcoal. Because Rico’s Lechon serves Cebu lechon, it is a must to dip it in their homemade SukaLami with the added squeeze of calamansi. We’re sure you’ll be needing an extra serving of rice!
