No visit to Cebu is complete without having Cebu lechon—if you ask locals, Rico's Lechon is bound to come up often. Whether you miss their signature Spicy Lechon or just want to find out what the fuss is all about, you're in luck because Rico's Lechon is opening their first Manila branch at The Fort Strip in Bonifacio Global City, tentatively set for July 2018.

Spicy Lechon

Since they opened in Cebu City in 1997, Rico's Lechon has become famous for their lechon, which they stuff with lemongrass, tomatoes, leeks, vinegar, ginger, calamansi, and more spices before roasting over an open pit. They're also known for their Spicy Lechon, which has chili and garlic for lip-smacking spiciness. Rico's Lechon in Cebu also offers a menu of other Cebuano favorites like ngohiong (their version of lumpia), grilled squid, kalderetang kambing, and more. Looks like you and your belly have a lot to be excited for!

Rico's Lechon is opening at the The Fort Entertainment Complex, 26th corner 7th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City.
