Good news, Manila peeps! The fifth Manila-based Rico's Lechon finds its home at Mall of Asia. This branch doesn't just offer an al fresco dining, a view of Manila Bay, but it also has new drool-worthy dishes lechon fans will love.
Look how huge Rico's Lechon's Tortang Talong with Lechon is!
Aside from their popular juicy lechon, you should go for their new Tortang Talong with Lechon (P180)! This soft omelet is similar to how a regular tortangtalong is cooked, but what sets this apart is that it doesn't have the mellow flavors a typicaltortangtalong has. Since this has lechon, it also has savory and porky flavors. Just like with any lechon dishes, this is best enjoyed with a cup (or two) of rice!
The Lechon Arrozcaldo is topped with lechon, egg, tofu, and crispy garlic bits!
If you want more lechon, you can also try the other new lechon dishes on the menu. Add these to your salu-salo: Lechon Fingers with Sweet and Sour Sauce (P260), Señor Pit Lechon Mami (P160), Lechon Arrozcaldo (P160), and Lechsilog (lechon, sinangag, and egg combined).
Rico's Lechon is located at SM Mall of Asia Complex, Level 1, South Wing, Seaside Avenue, Pasay City, Philippines. For more information, follow Rico's Lechon on Facebook.
