Aside from their famous chocolate bars, truffles, and pralines, you can also find Risa Chocolates' new chocolate creation, the Chover (P230)–a chocolate pour over. This hot-and-cold dessert has a creamy dark chocolate concoction that you can pour over scoops of thick vanilla ice cream. The bittersweet chocolate sauce that is made from Risa Chocolate’s 70% dark chocolate and a bit of the 100% dark chocolate pairs perfectly with Fog City’s classic vanilla ice cream.

Pam Lim Cinco, the owner of Risa Chocolates, shares that the chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream combination is just the first from a series they’re doing with the "Chover" concept. They will explore switching up the dark chocolate sauce to maybe a creamy white chocolate or an earthy matcha chocolate, while they also plan to collaborate with other local ice cream brands that will complement the flavors of their chocolate sauce.

They also have the classic hot chocolate: their Risa Hot Chocolate (P170) is their signature hot chocolate that highlights how delicious the famous South Cotabato cacao beans are. This creamy and frothy hot chocolate drink is topped with toasted marshmallow and is served with a chocolate spoon you can melt while you stir the hot chocolate.
