This Unique Take On Sisig Is Made From Chicken Inasal

Yup, it's exactly what it sounds like: Crispy fried sisig (a Kapampangan meat dish commonly seasoned with calamansi, onions, and chili peppers) made with smoky, garlicky chicken inasal instead of the usual pig head. What you get is a hearty combination of famous flavors from different regions of the Philippines in one dish. You can get a serving good for two people for just P200!
