This Unique Take On Sisig Is Made From Chicken Inasal

Just off the top of your head, which of these Filipino favorites would you choose to eat right now: Chicken inasal or sisig? We know, we know, it's a tough one. Luckily, you can actually get both in just one delicious dish: Saborgo, a Pinoy restaurant south of the Metro in Parañaque, has Chicken Inasal Sisig and we're now convinced that heaven is real!
Yup, it's exactly what it sounds like: Crispy fried sisig (a Kapampangan meat dish commonly seasoned with calamansi, onions, and chili peppers) made with smoky, garlicky chicken inasal instead of the usual pig head. What you get is a hearty combination of famous flavors from different regions of the Philippines in one dish. You can get a serving good for two people for just P200!
If you prefer to eat your sisig or inasal straight off the grill, you can also order Frozen Chicken Inasal Sisig for the same price and cook it at home. You may even be tempted to order several packs to store in your fridge for your weekly meals!
You can order Saborgo's Chicken Inasal Sisig by sending a message to their Facebook page. You can book a courier of your choice to pick up your order at their store located at 2/F, YP Building, Doctor Arcadio Santos Avenue, Sucat, Parañaque City.
