Did You Know You Can Customize Your Bilao Of Dolor's Sapin-Sapin?

Love this chewy and colorful rice cake?

Sapin-sapin is a Filipino rice cake made of glutinous rice flour and coconut milk (gata) and is topped with toasted coconut curd (latik). The chewy colorful layers also have flavors: the yellow has langka (jackfruit) flavors, the violet layer is ube-flavored, while the white layer is often coconut-flavored. Sapin-sapin is different from most rice cakes because of its chewy layers.

Dolor's Kakanin is one of the most popular places in Malabon to get kakanin, including sapin-sapin. Don't miss out on a visit to the shop when you're in Malabon. The Escanilla branch is Dolor's first shop in Malabon and you can even customize your box of sapin-sapin (you can choose to have more layers of your favorite flavor!) here.
