There's the Hana, which features a solitary rose made from air-flown chilled toro (P4,888), hamachi (P3,888), or salmon (P2,888) sashimi, surrounded by grade A uni and ikura, plus microgreens and touches of gold leaf for extra flair. You can also go for the Saku, which has nine sashimi "flowers" made from salmon (P2,888), hamachi (P5,888), or toro (P9,888)-or even all three (P5,888)-sprinkled with grade-A ikura. If you're not into flowers, try the Mosaic (P3,500), which has "tiles" of different kinds of sashimi, arranged to resemble a colorful mosaic.
