This Local Avocado + Mocha Ice Cream Cake Is Just What You Need For Dessert
Avocado ice cream is the type of dessert that's hard to resist, especially if you already love avocado's nutty, buttery, earthy taste. Sebastian's Ice Cream, a local ice cream maker known to churn out creative and mouthwatering flavors, has launched three new avocado ice cream flavors and an avocado ice cream cake for the month of August.

For those who are fans of the avocado and evaporated milk or condensed milk combo, you should definitely try Sebastian's Ice Cream's Avocado Dream. This flavor is made with avocado and condensed milk ice cream, with bits of fresh avocado in the mix.Â
If you want something that's not your usual avocado ice cream, Sebastian's Ice Cream also launched an Avocado Macchiato and an Avocado Sansrival.

The Avocado Macchiato is made with avocado ice cream swirled together with coffee ice cream, then dark chocolate chunks and toasted almonds are added in for a crunchy texture! The signature coffee ice cream they use is made by steeping a roasted Sagada bean custom blend by SGD Coffee for a total of 12 hours.

The Avocado Sansrival, on the other hand, uses the ice cream shop's avocado ice cream and mixes it with toasted cashews and buttery wafer pieces.

Another avocado with coffee dessert Sebastian's launched is the Avocado Mocha Ice Cream Cake. This is made with layers of baked coffee cake and avocado ice cream-all on top of a milk and almond crumb. It's topped with a mocha chocolate drizzle and toasted almond crumble.
Sebastian's Ice Cream's Avocado Dream, Avocado Macchiato, and Avocado Sansrival cost P405 per pint, available via the official website. You can also drop by their branch at Podium to get a scoop, priced at P135 each.
As for the Avocado Mocha Ice Cream Cake, this costs P1,650 for a 9-inch cake, available via the website. A sliced version and the whole cake are also available at the Podium branch.
Sebastian's Ice Cream's avocado ice cream flavors and avocado ice cream cake will only be available all throughout August 2021.
