Their most shocking flavor, one that he's resurrected from past Valentines seasons is Unresolved Issues (P100), an amapalaya-flavored sorbet. This refreshing sorbet will restore your faith in ampalaya. This sorbet has a clear, vibrant flavor of bitter gourd while its signature bitterness is barely there.

Matinong Boyfriend (P130), just as its name suggests, will for sure make you happy. Just like a good boyfriend, this ice cream likes to change it up. Different from last year's version, this one is almond butter milk chocolate ice cream with blackberry ripple is a sweet delight no one can say "no" to. It's creamy, chocolate-y, indulgent, with ripples of tangy fruitiness.

Never in this lifetime did we think of Nova chips in our ice cream, but we love it!

Matinong Girlfriend (P130) though, has to be our absolute favorite. If you love cheese ice cream, this ice cream will blow you away. Revamped from last year's cheese ice cream with Cheetos, this version takes it a notch higher. Matinong Girlfriend will raise your bar for what cheese ice cream could be and forever ruin you with unrealistic expectations. It's just so good! The creamy cheesy ice cream is dotted with crunchy cheesy white chocolate-dipped potato chips, pretzels, and multigrain chips. It hits both your sweet and salty cravings while giving you a variety of interesting textures.

If you've got a penchant for fancy flavors, you better try Closure (P130). From last year's zesty version, this one takes a calmer route. It's chai ice cream made of black tea, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, and peppercorns. The cardamom particularly takes centerstage with its unique, almost-minty flavor. Overall, the ice cream's smooth, creamy texture and bright, clean flavors, makes for a soothing blend-just like a good cup of tea!

Since you're already at Sebastian's, why not have a tasty snack as well? Apart from ice cream shakes to share, have a salty, gooey, indulgent snack that goes perfectly with ice cream: a grilled cheese sandwich! Our favorite is their Chili Con Queso that's got the right amount of spices (particularly jalapeño!) and seasonings to perfectly accentuate the stretchy, mellow-flavored, gooey mozzarella.

So, if you're making your Valentine season's plans, whether you're alone or with someone, we're sure you'll find something to love at Sebastian's Ice Cream.
