This Ice Cream Will Make Your Coffee Jelly Dessert Dreams Come True

It's the perfect combination!

This time around, Sebastian’s Ice Cream is taking the Coffee Jelly flavor and expanding it into new flavors. For coffee lovers, meet Sebastian’s Ice Cream’s new Chocolate Coffee Jelly and Coffee Coffee Jelly.

The Chocolate Coffee Jelly (P125/scoop) is made with their signature coffee jelly cubes and folded into rich milk chocolate ice cream. According to Ian Carandang, the owner of Sebastian’s Ice Cream, the signature coffee jelly cubes still retains its softness and chewiness even if it’s frozen and mixed in with the chocolate ice cream. He adds, “The chewy jelly and creamy ice cream has a great texture and the bursts of coffee in milk chocolate make a nice pleasant flavor, like a deconstructed mocha.”

If you are devoted to coffee, there’s the Coffee Coffee Jelly (P125/scoop)–yes, that’s twice the coffee content! Sebastian’s Ice Cream created this new flavor by using their signature coffee jelly cubes and mixed it in their cold brew coffee-flavored ice cream. What makes the coffee-flavored ice cream extra special is that it uses a Sagada bean blend from SGD Coffee that was steeped for 24 hours.
