Sebastian’s Ice Cream’s Sapin-Sapin Leche Flan Torte is made with a latik cookie crust topped with layers of ube, langka, and kutsinta ice cream that mimics the colors and flavors of the sapin-sapin. Instead of the desiccated coconut that usually goes on top of this kakanin, the torte is crowned with a layer of Sebastian’s Coconut Cream Leche Flan.
After more than a year of trial and error, Sebastian’s Ice Cream has finally put up its website where you can order the Sapin-Sapin Leche Flan Torte and have it delivered right to your doorstep. The creamery’s other specialties, like the ice cream pints, Dive Bar, Chilly Burger, Fruitsicle, Poppits, Leche Flan Tortes, and a six-pack ice cream bundle are also available online.
Sebastian’s Ice Cream’s current delivery range covers Quezon City (Diliman, Katipunan, Cubao Southeast, Greenmeadows), New Manila, San Juan City, Pasig City, Mandaluyong City, Makati City, Taguig City, and Manila. The website launches on July 31 and the first 100 orders amounting to P1,000 (or more) get a free surprise pint of ice cream from Sebastian’s Ice Cream.
