The Matinong Girlfriend, on the other hand, is a dark beer ice cream made with Cerveza Negra, loaded with honey-roasted peanuts coated in bittersweet chocolate. It has notes of toffee, caramel, and coffee!

If you can't get the closure you deserve, Sebastian's Ice Cream's 2020 edition of Closure will do in the meantime. This is a genmaicha tea or Japanese brown rice green tea-flavored ice cream made with Japanese green tea leaves and popped roasted brown rice. This year's Unresolved Issues truly lives up to its name of being "unresolved" as it remains unchanged from last year's version. It's an ampalaya sorbet with bits of candied ampalaya. Which one will you get as a V-Day treat?
