Purple Sweet Potato Is the Star of Serenitea's New Drinks
When you think of milk-tea flavors, sweet potato or kamote isn't exactly the first thing that comes to mind. But Serenitea could change that with their new Purple Sweet Potato Line.
First of all, we have to clarify that purple sweet potato isn't ube or taro but an entirely different kind of potato. But you still get that nutty sweetness that works well in drinks like Serenitea's Purple Potato Latte (P150), an iced coconut-milk latte with diced purple sweet potato and taro topped with cheese frost and butter-cheese flakes. For a stronger taro flavor, get the Taro Purple Potato (P150), an iced taro slush with purple sweet potato and diced taro plus butter cheese flakes.
