Strawberry Fans Will Love This Sweet And Refreshing Dessert!
Summer is just around the corner and indulging in frozen desserts just might be the easiest and most delicious way to keep the heatwave at bay. But if you're trying to watch your sugar intake, you can get the same delicious satisfaction from guilt-free frozen desserts. Meet Shoobie Sorbet: Manila's very first soft-serve vegan sorbet!Â

It's a refreshingly creamy treat you can get at their brightly-colored stall at UP Town Center (beside Go! Salads). Their soft-serve sorbets use a homemade blend of their freshest fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, which are all sourced from Australia, Chile, and other countries in Asia. It's made with absolutely zero eggs, dairy, or butter. Plus, no artificial flavors here!Â

Shoobie Sorbet's "Sorbet Of The Day" changes on a daily basis but make sure to try the Strawberry sorbet, a sure winner for those who like their strawberries sweet rather than tart. It's light, has the right amount of sweetness, and has a hint of a sour aftertaste.

On the other hand, if you like your berries a little tart, go with Shoobie's Blackberry sorbet. You can also mix two flavors in one serving. We recommend adding a sprinkle of chia seeds on top for a crunchy surprise when the fruity ice melts in your mouth.

Shoobie Sorbet's soft-serve sorbets come in small (P89), medium (P139), and large (P179) sizes, with an option to add chia seeds (P20). Shoobie Sorbet is located at UP Town Center, Katipunan Ave, Diliman, Quezon City (beside Go! Salads). For more information, follow Shoobie Sorbet on Facebook and Instagram.
