UPDATE as of March 14: SM Supermalls has adjusted their mall hours from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. starting March 15, 2020. SM Supermarkets, SM Hypermarkets, and Savemore located in the malls will also be open during these new mall hours while the stand-alone groceries will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
SM Supermalls has adjusted its mall hours in Metro Manila starting today, March 13, in light of the rising confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in the Philippines.
If you need to do your groceries or buy food inside any SM mall, the new mall operating hours are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. SM Markets announced in on its Facebook account on March 14 announced that its supermarkets will also be open during these adjusted mall hours while the stand-alone groceries will be open starting 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
The official statement of SM Supermalls on Facebook posted on March 12, adds, “We are adjusting our mall hours starting March 13 as part of our intensified efforts to protect the public from the COVID-19 virus.”
