Starbucks Brings Back Their Anniversary Coffee + New Mugs and Tumblers!
It has notes of caramel and bittersweet chocolate.
Did you know that Starbucks turns 48 years old this year? It was in 1996 that they celebrated their 25th birthday and unveiled the first Anniversary Blend that showcased the siren, from the iconic logo, free from its circle. This year, Starbucks is bringing back the Anniversary Blend together with a new limited-edition Starbucks card and a whole collection of mugs, tumblers, and other merchandise.
The Starbucks Anniversary Blend makes for a cup of coffee with notes of caramelized sugar and bittersweet chocolate. The beans used in this blend have distinctive spice notes from Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and Sumatra. This is available in whole beans (P595), but for convenience, you can get the VIA Ready Brew (P450) which has ground coffee packed in individual sachets.
Together with the Starbucks Anniversary Blend is the special-edition Anniversary Siren Card with a design featuring the siren's tail. You can avail of this card with an initial activation amount of P500 per card. If you want to add a new Starbucks merch to your collection, the Anniversary Siren Collection shows a different side to the iconic siren swimming in turquoise blue, gold, and silver accents.
Starbucks' Siren Collection will be available until November 1, 2019, only.
