What Is Starbucks' Off-The-Menu "Barista's Drink?"

So as long as the ingredients are available here, you can literally make it by customizing your drink.Â
If you're new to the world of customized, off-the-menu Starbucks drinks, one that is popular, and is very much doable here in the Philippines, is the Starbucks Barista's Drink. This drink is known to be the go-to if you need a stronger dose of caffeine, perfect for the busiest of days and pulling all-nighters.
So what's in a Starbucks Barista's Drink? This is what the famous off-the-menu drink contains:
- • Espresso shots
- • Splash of breve (a mix of half milk, half cream)
- • White chocolate mocha sauce (this is added cost)
- • Served with loooots of ice
If you're anything like me, who prefer their coffee sweet and strong, then this could possibly replace your go-to Starbucks order, as it did for me. The sweetness is not cloying, the taste of coffee doesn't get lost in the sauce, and breve makes it creamy.
I paid P180 for a Grande-sized cup, as the added white chocolate mocha sauce already takes up P30 of the total bill. Based on other Starbucks Grande-sized drinks, the Starbucks Barista's Drink is priced just right. Not too expensive!
