We’re calling it. Starbucks' newest cold brew drink will be an Instagram star.

Just one look at it and you know Starbucks’s Butterfly Pea Lemonade Cold Brew is one photogenic drink. It is part lemonade, part cold brewed coffee: it has butterfly pea flowers which are responsible for the beautiful blue-dyed liquid on the bottom of drink. The middle layer is lemonade and is topped with cold brew coffee.

It is a carefully-crafted drink and while the mix sounds exotic, the chemical reaction that happens when you finally drink it will be magical. The lemon juice in the lemonade will trigger the color-changing properties of the blue dye in the bottom layer. Once you begin to mix the two, the drink will change colors right before your eyes. The coffee flavor of the cold brew meanwhile just enhances those flavors to give you an unusual yet refreshing drink.

This color-changing drink, along with returning favorite, the Tahitian Vanilla Macchiato, as well as new desserts, will be available in all Starbucks stores nationwide starting February 20.
