The Chocolate Crepe Cake Is Back at Starbucks
It's part of their 2019 holiday menu.
Every year, we all look forward to restaurants and coffee shops busting out their holiday specials. It's an easy way to get into the spirit if you aren't already, and there's the guarantee of food that you could swear warms your very soul. Starbucks has never let themselves lag behind in this regard, so it's no surprise that the savory Chicken Fajita Roll (P125), the Chocolate Chip Overload Cookie (P85), and the 17-layer Chocolate Crepe Cake (P180/slice, P1,440/whole) all make their return this Christmas season, starting November 2.
But there's more to this year's lineup than meets the eye. There's a Belgian Chocolate Cake (P200/slice, P1,800/whole) that promises to be moist, dense, and layered with mousse rather than normal icing; a Blue Velvet Lamington (P85), coated with white chocolate buttercream and desiccated coconut; and a Beef Pot Pie (P120) with a flaky, buttery crust that looks nothing short of heartwarming.
