Caramel Latte

Ingredients

1 tbsp caramel syrup

2 oz espresso

8 oz 2% milk or milk of your choice

1 Prepare the espresso using the method of your choice.

2 Warm up the milk.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

For Pumpkin Sauce:

1 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

For Pumpkin Spice Latte:

1/4 cup pumpkin sauce

2 oz espresso

8 oz milk

Whipped cream and cinnamon to garnish

Instructions:

Pumpkin Sauce

1 To make the pumpkin sauce, just place all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.

2 Place the sauce in a food processor and process until very smooth. This step is optional but recommended.

3 Transfer the sauce into a jar with a lid and keep in the refrigerator for up to seven days.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

1 Prepare espresso.

2 Warm and froth the milk.

3 Add pumpkin sauce and espresso into a 16 oz serving cup. Stir well.

4 Pour the milk into the pumpkin-espresso mixture. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Caramel Frappe

Ingredients:

3 tbsp instant coffee

1/2 tsp xanthan gum

3 tbsps water

2 cups ice

1 cup milk

6 tbsp caramel sauce

Whipped cream and caramel sauce, to garnish

Instructions:

1 Prepare the coffee roast, by mixing the instant coffee with 1 tbsp of water.

2 Prepare the frappuccino base by mixing xanthan gum with 2 tbsp of water.

3 Place the coffee roast, xanthan gum mixture, ice, milk, and caramel sauce into a blender. Blend on low speed for a few seconds, then on a max speed for about 10 seconds, or until smooth.

4 Pour into the cups and top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.

Iced Caramel Macchiato

Ingredients:

1 tbsp vanilla syrup or to taste

6 oz milk

1 oz espresso

Caramel sauce to drizzle

Ice

Instructions:

1 Add vanilla syrup to the cup first, then milk, ice, and espresso on top.

2 Drizzle with caramel sauce.

3 Serve immediately.

Caramel Macchiato

Ingredients:

14 oz reduced fat or whole milk

2 tbsp vanilla syrup

2 oz espresso

Caramel sauce to drizzle

Instructions:

1 Prepare the espresso using a macchinetta or espresso machine.

2 While the espresso is being made, warm up the milk. Froth the milk using milk frother. If you don’t have a milk frother, you can use a regular whisk instead, just whisk the milk until foam forms.

3 Pour the espresso into a measuring cup.

4 Add vanilla and milk to the cup. Then, pour the espresso on top of the frothy milk creating a “mark” on the foam.

5 Drizzle caramel on top.

6 Serve immediately.

This YouTuber recreated a slew of Starbucks iced coffee drinks which are all easy to make.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup ice

2 cups cold brew

3 to 5 pumps of caramel syrup

1/2 cup heavy cream or half and half, a pinch of salt

Instructions:

1 Prepare cold brew and allow it to steep for 12-24 hours.

2 Pour 2-3 cups cold brew in a cup and add 3-5 tbsps caramel syrup.

3 Use a small blender or hand mixer to whip heavy cream/half and half and salt for 30 seconds.

4 Pour cold foam over top of the coffee.

Iced White Mocha

Ingredients:

1/2 cup ice

1 cup milk

2 tbsps white mocha sauce

2 cups espresso (if you have an espresso maker, replace this measurement with 1-2 shots)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions:

1 Add milk over ice.

2 Drizzle white mocha sauce over milk and ice.

3 Add espresso.

4 Stir to combine all ingredients.

5 Using small blender or hand mixer, whip heavy cream for one minute or until stiff peaks form.
