You can never go wrong with mangoes and custard for dessert. No one can resist a good custard, a close relative of the well-loved leche flan, and sweet yellow mangoes. When you’re on your coffee run, add Starbucks’ new Mango Float Cake or Starbucks Reserve’s (totally different from your regular Starbucks store) French Custard Pie to pair with your coffee.

The Mango Float Cake (P185/slice, P1,480/whole) is a moist and buttery cake, layered with creamy mango mousse and meringue and finished with a mango buttercream icing. Starbucks Reserve, on the other hand, now offers a French Custard Pie (P160). This simple French dessert combines two of our favorite things: a buttery, flaky crust and a dense, creamy custard filling.


Starbucks’ Mango Float Cake and Starbucks Reserve’s French Custard Pie are available for a limited time only. Best to indulge in a slice (or two!) while you still can.
