Starbucks Launched New Tumblers To Add To Your Collection!

Starbucks merchandise collectors, steady your heart and ready your wallet! Aside from the launch of their tumblers and mugs for their Anniversary Collection, Starbucks also released a different collection to celebrate the upcoming mid-autumn festival. The Mid-Autumn Festival Collection: Bunnies On The Moon includes merchandise that features rabbits, the full moon, and a field of flowers against a velvet blue sky.
For those who are wondering how the rabbits are connected to the mid-autumn festival, there is such a thing called the "Moon Rabbit" which is also called the "Jade Rabbit." The Jade Rabbit is one of the main characters in a popular Chinese mid-autumn festival tale.
The story starts with three immortal beings who posed as poor people and begged a fox, a monkey, and a rabbit for food. The fox and monkey were able to give food, but the rabbit sacrificed itself by jumping into the fire. The immortal beings were touched by the rabbit's action that they made the rabbit immortal and sent it to the moon palace, thus becoming the immortal Jade Rabbit.
