Soon On Starbucks' Menu: Plant-Based Mochi Buns, Lasagna, and More!
These will be available starting next year.

Plant-based food items existed before the pandemic started but because of the ongoing pandemic, people have been opting for plant-based dishes. Just this year we have more plant-based frozen goods in the supermarket, several plant-based burgers from different burger joints, a start-up plant-based business, and now, there will be three new plant-based food items from Starbucks: Classic Lasagna, BBQ Mochi Bun, and the Mince Roll.

Starbucks'Â Classic Lasagna (P195) is made with plant-based Bolognese layered with plant-based cheese and al dente noodles. If you want to try a savory mochi, the BBQ Mochi Bun (P85) is made with a soft, airy, and chewy baked mochi bun that's stuffed with a sweet plant-based Asian barbecue filling.

If you're looking for something to pair with your afternoon cup of coffee, Starbucks will also serve Mince Rolls (P95). These are butter, flaky crust that's stuffed with a plant-based cheese sauce and a plant-based ground patty that's made flavorful with Italian spices.
Starbucks' plant-based Classic Lasagna, BBQ Mochi Bun, and Mince Roll will be available starting January 5, 2021, for a limited time only.Â
