Have You Tried These Coffee Desserts From Starbucks?
Coffee or dessert? It's both!
If you're a fan of pairing your dessert and pastry with your go-to cup of joe, then you will love coffee-flavored desserts! You can enjoy the flavor combo of the sweetness of the dessert and the smoothness of the coffee in one treat. Did you know you can find different coffee-flavored desserts at Starbucks Reserve stores?
What's a Starbucks Reserve store? A Starbucks Reserve store also offers what the regular Starbucks stores offer (like the Frappucinos), but what makes Starbucks Reserve stores special is that they have an assortment of premium coffee beans and they also craft creative coffee beverages and desserts not available in your usual Starbucks cafe.
A popular Italian coffee-based dessert you can find in Starbucks Reserve is an affogato. The affogato is commonly made by pouring the espresso on a scoop or two of ice cream. Starbucks Reserve offers a Classic Affogato (P230) which is made with two shots of Starbucks Reserve' espresso poured over a scoop of a Starbucks-exclusive vanilla ice cream. They also offer the House Affogato (P250), which is a sweeter version of their Classic Affogato because of the added demerara syrup and a dash of cinnamon on top.
If you would rather drink your coffee-based dessert, Starbucks Reserve also offers a Cold Brew Float (P250) and the Nitro Cold Brew Float (P270). These coffee floats have a stronger coffee kick compared to the affogato because of the higher coffee-to-ice cream ratio. If you like your coffee sweet and milky, Starbucks Reserve also offers the Cold Brew Malt (P270), where the Starbucks Reserve Cold Brew, ice cream, and malt are all blended together-giving it a frothy milkshake-like mouthfeel.
Starbucks Reserve's Classic Affogato, House Affogato, Cold Brew Float, and Cold Brew Malt are available at the following Starbucks Reserve branches: Westgate in Alabang, Three-Ecom in Pasay, Stratosphere Building and Power Plant Mall in Makati, The Finance Centre and The Plaza at Arya Residence in Bonifacio Global City, and SM North Towers in Quezon City.
