In President Rodrigo Duterte’s virtual presser last May 28, he placed the entire National Capital Region (NCR) under general community quarantine (GCQ) from June 1 until June 15, 2020. If you’re planning to do your grocery runs anytime soon especially before June 15, take note that some supermarkets have updated their store hours. Some are opening earlier and closing later than their ECQ schedule. Here’s a quick guide to the supermarkets that have updated their GCQ store hours: 

All Day Supermarket – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

All Day Supermarket (Alabang) – 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

Landers Superstore – 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Metro Supermarket (Alabang, Angeles, Antipolo, and 66 Newport) – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Metro Supermarket (Ayala Fairview Terraces and UP Town Center) – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m 

Metro Supermarket (Ayala Malls Feliz, Imus, and Market! Market!) – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Metro Supermarket (Binondo) – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Metro Supermarket (Mandaluyong) – 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Rustan’s Supermarket and The Marketplace – 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Rustan’s Supermarket (Century Makati, Mille Luce, and Rockwell) – 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Rustan’s Supermarket (Uptown BGC) – 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Shopwise – 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Shopwise (Alabang and Santa Rosa) – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Shopwise (Circuit) – 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

WalterMart Supermarket – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

WalterMart Supermarket (Carmona, Dasmarinas, Gen. Trias, Imus, Subic, Tagaytay, and Trece Maritres) – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

WalterMart Supermarket (Los Banos) – 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

While there are a number of supermarkets that have yet to announce their updated store hours, you can follow them on Facebook for more updates: Landmark, Puregold, Robinsons Supermarket, SM Supermalls, S&R Membership Shopping, and Unimart.
