These Restaurants Are Donating 100% Of Their Profits For Taal Victims

It was last January 12, 2020 when Taal Volcano had a phreatic explosion covering cities and provinces in a gray blanket of harmful volcanic ash, which then displaced around 70,000 families residing near Taal. This left them to look for refuge in evacuation centers or waited for fellow Filipinos who were kind enough to lend whatever space they have to accommodate those who were in need.

Even though Phivolcs has lowered the alert level to 3 last January 26, which means there is a "decreased tendency towards a hazardous eruption," the affected families are still in need of relief goods. If you're looking for a way to help, you can do so by eating at Yabu, Ippudo, or Elephant Grounds.

The Standard Group, the team behind the three restaurants, has decided to donate 100% of their profit on Tuesday, January 28, 2020. The more you eat at the following Yabu, Ippudo, or Elephant Grounds branches, the more will be given to the Taal Volcano victims:
