The Festive Puto Bumbong Meets The Fluffy Taisan In This New Loaf Cake
This is not your typical puto bumbong treat.

Puto bumbong is a kakanin made with glutinous rice, commonly slathered in generous amounts of butter, topped with grated coconut and muscovado sugar. The Creamery Catering's transforms this festive kakanin into a fluffy taisan loaf by using a purple-hued chiffon cake, the sides frosted with a layer of luscious buttercream, and a sprinkle of muscovado sugar and shredded coconut on top.
