Check Out This New Aesthetic Café That Just Opened In The South

Since the start of the pandemic, The Coffee Project has opened two new stores in and around Metro Manila for people experiencing quarantine fatigue, needing a coffee fix, or both. After opening Ruined Project? in Tagaytay and Dear Joe in Cavite (which has since then expanded to other locations), they opened yet another new cafè called The Crossing Cafe in Cavite during the last quarter of 2021.
Check out how gorgeous the interiors are:
Similar to all the other cafes of Coffee Project, the Crossing Cafe has items on the menu that go beyond an extensive coffee selection. You can order appetizers, breakfast meals, salads, bowls of soups, sandwiches, and pizzas. These are just not your typical café food, too: The Crossing Cafe's food covers different cuisines and plated to perfection as if it came from a fine-dining restaurant.
Ones that stand out from the menu are the Krainer & Egg Vol-au-vent (P495), the Appetizer Sampler (P575) that includes all of The Crossing Cafe's appetizer in one grazing board, Memphis Chicken and Shrimp Skewer (P425), Blackened Chicken Alfredo (P375), and the Madison Pizza (P700/10-inch, P900/14-inch).
For refreshments, The Crossing Cafe goes above and beyond the basic coffee beverages. They have hot and iced espresso beverages, cold brew, a Brew Bar (where you get to choose the brewing method), and if you want coffee and dessert, they also have affogato on the menu.
Not in the mood for coffee? You can also go to The Crossing Cafe for merienda, happy hour, and wine nights! They have fruit smoothies, frappes, tea (including kombucha), beer, wine (red, white, sparkling, and rose), and charcuterie boards you can pair with your choice of wine.
You can check the entire menu via The Crossing Cafe on Facebook.
The Crossing Café is located at Villar Land Crossing North Bound, Molino 4, Bacoor Cavite.
