Cookie-Butter Fans, You Need to Try This Biscoff Cheesecake!
You get Biscoff goodness in every bite!
Biscoff-a.k.a. the brand of the Dutch cookie known as speculoos-is loved for its distinctive and wonderful spiced flavor. We've seen it turned into cookie butter, chewy cookies, and ice cream, but we recently spotted yet another Biscoff dessert that's worth adding to your must-try list: Cebu-based purveyor The Dessertspoon makes Biscoff Cheesecake that's totally got us swooning!
The Biscoff Cheesecake highlights its namesake cookie with its layers of a crushed Biscoff cookie crust, Biscoff-flavored cheesecake with dulce de leche, and melted Biscoff spread and a whipped cream topping. That's speculoos goodness in every layer! One eight-inch cheesecake goes for P1,000.
The Dessertspoon's got other baked goods under their sleeves, too. The Oatmeal Fudge Bars (P240/eight bars) is a chewy and fudgy way to get your chocolate fix, while the Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies (P210/tub of six) is a no-fail crowd pleaser. For a more garlicky treat, you can alternatively go for the Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread (P180/two buns).
