3 Le Chon's Bibingka (P190), Puto Bumbong (P120), and Christmas Porchetta Ham (P1,350)

Is it really Christmas without bibingka and puto bumbong? Le Chon's Bibingka is moist and flavorful because it's topped with three kinds of cheeses, salted egg, and shredded coconut, while the equally-delicious Puto Bumbong is made with the purple rice cake slathered in butter, coco jam, shredded coconut, and muscovado sugar.

Le Chon is known for their lechon dishes.

But what Le Chon is known for is their juicy pork dishes. To celebrate the holidays, you should try the Christmas Porchetta Ham. It's a boneless pork roast glazed with brown sugar and then topped with pineapples and cherries.

The sweet buns, the umami-packed patty work well together.

6 Babu's Simple Fried Egg (P235)

Despite the "simple" description of this dish, it's actually an elaborate dish. It's made with flash-fried eggs until the fluffy egg whites are crisp, but the yolk remains liquid and velvety. The flavor of this dish comes from the toppings which are pork floss, chicken skin, oyster sauce, scallions, and chili. Of course, this is best paired with rice.
