Are you always on the lookout for good buko pie? Besides the obvious places like Laguna and Tagaytay, you can find delicious buko pie all the way from Tarlac through Francheska Tan's The Husband's Craving. We featured it on our Good Food Alert last year, just in case you missed it.

When the quarantine began, they temporarily postponed deliveries to Metro Manila. Good news, though: My Husband's Craving is set to resume deliveries to Metro Manila next week, beginning June 16.

The Husband's Craving's approach to buko pie is simple and as classic as it could be, but what makes this particular buko pie shine is that it's baked perfectly. The layers of coconut slices with sweet, condensed milk-like cream in between, and topped with a crunchy crumble-it has all the textures and the right amount of sweetness you'll need. Just the idea of finally taking a bite of this buko pie while binge-watching on Netflix is already sparking joy!

For those who want to place an order for their buko pie (P600), you may do so by messaging The Husband's Cravings on Instagram. They don't have a fixed schedule and there are limited slots per batch, so it would be best to keep tabs on their Instagram page as slots get filled up quickly.
