One of the things to look forward to every year is the Philippine Harvest, a trade fair that helps promote Pinoy products from all over the country. Since the country is going through difficult times brought about by the global pandemic COVID-19, the Department of Tourism (DOT) and Stores Specialists Inc (SSI) have decided to push through with an online leg of the Philippine Harvest. This will make buying local produce more accessible, safer for everyone. Plus, it supports local.
Starting April 22, the Philippine Harvest will feature 27 local food producers with products ranging from fruits and vegetables, seafood, snacks, grains, condiments, coffee, heat-and-eat meals, beverages, to vegan-friendly food options. These items can be delivered with the help of services such as GrabExpress and Lalamove.
